What if something goes wrong?
The most common download and installation questions.
What if the browser blocks the download?
Open the browser download list and verify the file comes from the official AnimDeck site. Do not bypass warnings for files from other sources.
What if Windows shows a warning?
Verify the source and current version first. If the official installer is still blocked, copy the exact warning text into Support.
What if the Linux .run file does not start?
If the file does not start, check its execution permission and open it from your normal user account. Administrator access should not be needed.
What if I am updating an older version?
Close AnimDeck and keep a backup of important projects before installing the new version.
