AI Transparency in AnimDeck

1. When you interact with AI
AI Support and Advanced AI Support are identified as AI before direct interaction. Human Support is a separate stage; AI must not claim that a human ticket was sent until the user completes the required send step.
2. Generative product features
Creative AI, AI Animator, Scene Copilot and image/voice features can use third-party models. Output can contain mistakes, artefacts, false information or elements similar to protected material. Check output before publishing or professional use.
3. Providers and AnimDeck's role
The Privacy Notice lists providers that process requests. AnimDeck's legal role (for example provider or deployer of an AI system) can differ by feature and model deployment; one role is not assumed for every integration.
4. AI-content marking
Where machine-readable marking obligations apply to AI-generated/manipulated content, production deployment should preserve provider provenance/markings when supplied and technically compatible, and add required AnimDeck-side measures where the obligation falls on AnimDeck. A visible UI badge does not replace a mandatory machine-readable mark.
5. AI-learning Help Center
Low-risk articles generated and auto-published by AI are labelled as such. Account, billing, security, privacy, legal/copyright and data-loss-risk topics require human review. An AI article can still be wrong and is not a guarantee.
6. Significant decisions
Generative AI is not the sole basis for bans, refunds, account deletion, payment changes or decisions with similarly significant effects. Automated security controls may temporarily block clear abuse; an explanation/review route is available where appropriate.
7. Inputs
Do not enter passwords, tokens, full card data, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information into AI. Data scope and retention are described in the Privacy Notice.
8. Report a problem
Report misleading AI labelling, unsafe output or an inaccurate Help Center article via https://matsmstudio.pages.dev/report or matsmstudio@gmail.com.
