AnimDeck Cookie and Browser Storage Policy

1. Scope

This notice describes cookies and similar browser storage used by the AnimDeck website. Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Notice.

2. Essential storage

Essential mechanisms can store the sign-in session, temporary OAuth state, language/privacy choices, guest-support state and technical information needed for anti-bot/CSRF protection. They are required for a requested service and are not used for behavioural advertising.

3. Usage statistics

Cloudflare Web Analytics or equivalent configured analytics starts only after the user chooses optional usage statistics. It is off for a new user by default.

4. Diagnostics

Optional browser error reports are a separate choice. Without that choice, the client does not send optional diagnostic telemetry. Necessary server security logs can still be processed where required to protect the service.

5. Do Not Track

When the browser signals Do Not Track in a supported way, AnimDeck disables optional usage statistics and diagnostics.

6. Change or withdraw choices

Open Privacy settings at any time to change choices or return to Essential only. Withdrawal applies prospectively. Clearing cookies/localStorage may cause the preference dialog to appear again.

7. Durations

Storage duration depends on the mechanism and purpose. AnimDeck does not promise a fixed duration here for third-party cookies; current provider information and browser controls apply. Server-side retention is described separately in the Privacy Notice.
