AnimDeck Community, Marketplace and Moderation Rules
Version: 2026-09-10
Effective: 10 September 2026
1. Scope
These rules apply to Forum, Marketplace, profiles, messages and other features where user content is shared with others.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
Do not post illegal content, copyright/trademark/privacy infringement, malicious code, fraud, phishing, impersonation, doxxing, threats, harassment, spam or content designed to bypass AnimDeck safeguards. Knowingly false licence or safety claims about a package are also prohibited.
3. Package safety
Marketplace automated scanning is a protection layer, not a guarantee. Scripted or higher-risk packages can require extra review or be limited.
4. Notice content
Use https://matsmstudio.pages.dev/report with an exact URL/location, reason and information sufficient to assess the notice. Illegal-content notices should remain available without an account where law requires.
5. Decision and reason
The operator can hide/remove content, restrict reach, publishing or an account where proportionate to a violation, risk or legal duty. The user receives a reasonably specific reason unless disclosure is prohibited or creates a material risk.
6. Appeal
Users can request reconsideration through support. Where the DSA applies to the relevant service/provider, applicable internal and out-of-court redress rights are preserved.
7. Automated moderation
Scanners, filters and AI can assist risk detection. This does not mean every decision is made by AI. Significant appeals should not be decided solely by generative AI.
8. Abuse of reporting
Knowingly false, mass or harassing reports can be limited, but reporting cannot be restricted in a way that removes mandatory legal rights.
